Gena B. Jones

Gena B. Jones is a Syrian-Mexican-American writer, comedian and show producer based in Los Angeles. She got her start doing comedy on the East Coast before moving to LA in 2018. In 2019, she was selected to be a comedian in development at the Hollywood Improv Comedy Club on Melrose. At the club, she co-produces Hilarious Habibis, a quarterly standup showcase that exclusively features Middle Eastern talent. The show recently sold out the main room at The Improv and was featured by Al Araby TV and in the LA Times. Gena performs comedy several times a week and you can catch her doing sets at major clubs like The Westside Comedy Theater, The Laugh Factory, The Improv, and in various bars, cafes, garages, attics, basements, and back-alleys.
